The New York International Children's Film Fest will be shown in three installments at Real Art Ways, at special weekend 11 a.m. screenings. The first installment, on Saturday and Sunday, is an "Aardman Animations Retrospective," a tribute to the British claymation creators most famous for "Wallace & Gromit." The show includes the Oscar-winning "Creature Comforts," "Humdrum," "A Matter of Loaf and Death, "Rex the Runt" and "Shaun the Sheep." It is recommended for ages 6 and older.

The second installment is "Girls' Point of View," on Dec. 4 and 5, a girl-power-oriented series of short appropriate for ages 9 and older.The third is "Kidflix 2010," on Jan. 8 and 9, for ages 3 to 8. Real Art Ways is at 56 Arbor St. in Hartford. Admission to each event is $3, free for Hartford Public Schools students.
